    @DEBBIESCOTT ... maybe because of your booster, I remember my bloods and heart rate being off after mine ?

    I was 5.0 this morning, happy with that, blood tests this morning and if my numbers are 38 or below I’m coming off the last of the metformin. Anyway, enough about me, have a great week folks.

    5.1 this morning. :) Trying to go low cal at the moment as I have put on weight over the Winter, not sure if that is having a good impact on bloods. Now if I could just give up those nuts,,,,,,
