    6.9 today. After a string of low to mid 7s all last week.
    Managed a short run yesterday, left leg still not great , but better than a month ago.

    FBG 7.3 today. Headed in the right direction at least. Lunch time 5.8 which is pretty average... just that pesky morning FBG.

    Back to FBG recording with a 5.4.
    Had my official D review this morning, DN quite happy with bloods etc. Interestingly I have also now received the hospital results from their lab carried out 2/3 weeks prior. Must say these bore little resemblance to the results from the surgery. Something definitely out of kilter as even the TSH results were at variance. GP results seemed more ""healthy" so I'll go with them. :)
