Well my recovery isn’t going as well as I expected and it’s still hurting like hell! I’m taking naproxen and pregabalin and occasionally topping it up with paracetamol so not sure how that is affecting my blood sugar. The consultant (and my daughter, who is a nurse) are telling me my expectations are too high and it’ll take 6-12 months to recover!
Today 10.5 mmols at 7:30am
Monday it was 15.5 mmols
Yesterday 11.3 mmols so coming down slowly. I’ve gained 10lbs since my operation so the ketovore started this week.
I’ve been too miserable to post on the forum but I’m back now :D
