Morning All so didn’t test yesterday as rushed out the door. Today its 8.5 yikes which might have been affected by very painful and intrusive scalpeling to release ingrown toenails on both big toes now bandaged like I’ve spent 5 hours in surgery lol. Or it might have been the delicious mince pie I had with a cup of tea afterwards. Onwards and downwards. Hugs and get well wishes to those in need.

Yesterday no testing and today it was 8.2 ...only to be expected re my diet ...although I am averaging 15,000 steps a day ...might have to do 50,000 to off set the carbs and sweet stuff

Same as yourself regarding steps, 15,000 is about 7.5 miles a day which is no mean feat. Sometimes I can easily do 25,000 plus steps a day with a bit of jogging and running in between but it makes absolutely no difference to my BS curve or levels. I am not saying there is no point doing it as there clearly is because it keeps us moving which is no bad thing. However since testing I am rather disappointed that it doesn't make that much difference and now I am worried that if I don't keep up the steps what my BS will rise to.
