What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Today my fasting bf was 7.8 and this was good to see because due to the hit weather it had been a good bit highiet.

I suspect my body is still processing the long physical furniture shifting day yesterday with no food until late and wine and pastis accompanying the meal
