    :):woot: ....7.8 @ 7am. Happy girl, had good low readings all day yesterday. low carb food all day and a Glass of red wine last night! if that helps the high waking I'm good with one now and again.

    Morning all late start was 5.3 last night before bed @ 1:45am went to a 60th party had a few drinks some naughty party food including triffle and cake. I know I shouldn't have any way just did my morning bloods and there 5.6. So I am well happy with that. :)
