What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    A bit higher than the past few days. I think one of my favourite meals is going to get knocked on the head - sent my levels up from 6.3 to 8 two hours after dinner last night. Within the 2 mmols limit, but noticeably higher than other meals and I want to try and stay below 7 at all times.

    8.9 @ 7am. was 7.6 at bedtime. bg under 7 all day. the only thing I can think is the dawn phenomenon as I do wake up most nights between 4 and 5 sweating! D nurse says not! Sorry I don't get up to test. And I should make more of an effort to eat something low carb before bed.
