That is low do you often get such numbers. Do you feel OK at this level?

Well I don't run miles but I walk and cycle a few miles each day. I started with an app for my phone aimed at 3000 steps per day and did it every day without fail until it felt normal. The upped it to 4000. Then 5000 etc........... Two years on I feel I could walk or cycle all day.

I've been having poor absorption issues with my pump cannulas, so I've gone back to using pens to give my body time to recover, having a few problems getting insulin levels correct, I got up at 3.30am to check blood glucose which was 6.0 but had dropped significantly by 7.00am so I will reduce long lasting insulin tonight and see what happens, phoned DSN who agreed with going back on MDI to give cannula areas time to recover.

7.2 today, it's coming down - even if I had a raspberry tart today. Realising it is very hard to get back on that wagon when you've fallen off .... but I'm going to do it!

My BG for this morning was a nice, round 7.0. Was nice and easy this morning, quick poke, got a nice drop right away, reading done. Probably a minute total. I'm happy with that result, fairly close my number yesterday. Now I can eat.

Now you're just showing off. The last time I went on a bouncy castle we were in a field in the middle of Cheshire. It was a birthday party and we all had to go in a 'hippy theme' It had rained sold for 4 days and we were all in tents. Good Lord how I hate camping. I was merrily bouncing away with some ladies and a bottle of single malt few out of my pocket. It hit one of the ladies squarely in the nose and she erupted in blood. Fortunately one of the other happy hippy bouncers was a paramedic and applied the required triage. I have never been so drunk since well. ..........Last week on my birthday. Have a happy hippy party Lady K :)

Ma armastan kõiki oma hipiid õnnelikult suhkruhaiguste roosidega ja loodan, et nemad mind ka armastavad. Half past six and still in bed, get me. It's Saturday and I don't care. I had a spooky old dream that involved.......never you mind what it involved. Kylie Minogue and I are still a secret. She did sing to me a bit of a ditty about blood sugars of 3.5mmols and that's what they are. Today with the rivers of Northern England all pretty much in flood I have no fishing and no teaching, I think I might just do very little today or even less. You all have a great day folks
