winter fuel allowance??

    i was just wondering if there is a winter fuel allowance for diabetics, im a type 2 and it seems i just ant keep warm, im even sitting here with a coat on, we are on a really tight budget and are just above the thresh hold for any goverment "help" so is there such a thing???

    In the UK it is universal for those aged 60 and over. As far as I am aware, there are no exceptions.....sorry :(
