Work stress has sent my bg levels up [emoji53]

It's now 6 weeks since I was diagnosed with type 2 and I've been trying so hard to be Lchf and I was starting to see levels 5/6s even the odd 4 but for the past few days I've seen a rise in bg mostly 6/7s which I believe is due to work stress and its so disheartening as I was doing so well!
Now I'm starting to worry about my levels, as well as the work stress

6/7 isn't to bad, I'm sure you will soon be back to your normal levels.
Have you altered your diet at all?
Try some relaxation for the stress.

No, not altered my diet. I hope so.
