The one is from The Lancet proper.. not the Lancet Public Health pay to be published comic.

I can only see the abstract but it's conclusion is quite chilling

"These findings imply a direct influence of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids on aortic plaque formation and suggest that current trends favouring increased intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids should be reconsidered."

Edit to add it is quite an old study but I hadn't seen it before

Monounsarurated fats are generally reported to be more healthy than polyunsaturated fats. The ratio between omega 6 and omega3 fats is even more important

And - the question of saturated vs unsaturated fats is contentious with strong advocates of the benefits of one
type vs the other, with equally strong warnings about the dangers of the other

- personally I use both but neither to excess

This is from 1994 yet the efforts to blame/exonerate saturated fat still seem to rage on. Imagine the ruckus if the government had to withdraw all the PuFAs ! Vegans and chip eaters' riot anyone?

Poor grammar, bullying and drunks.
Nope. Still unconcerned about healthy fats.
