Hi,
Have had a symptom on and off for a while and wondered if anyone could shed some light on it. Very occasionally when i urinate, there seems to be something else, its a bit hard to discribe, but is in suspension, i can only imagine that this is excess BG that cannot be processed, i have been T2 for 3 years, on metformin and gliclazide, really stuggle with my BG and average around 9.

Hello Tom, if there is sugar in your urine it is an indication that Bgs are not under control. Your doc. will do a simple urine dip test if you ask, if sugar in your urine is detected then your BGs are going to be to high and will need sorting.

There are other things that can affect your urine, and the best way to find out is to take a sample to the doc. and have a lab test to find out what's going on.
