Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
Think I might invest in Holland & Barrett 8)

I take 2 mv/min tablets daily, & glucosamine/condroitin.

The warnings against a reduced carb diet & replete with vitamin deficiencies. The supplement negates that warning.

I take vitamin b complex in the hope of getting more energy :D and killing less brain cells :lol:
