5.9 mmol/l The morning of December 17 which happens to be my birthday.
It all started when I received my Breeze 2 meter as an early Christmas present with 100 free strips from my friend in Canada.
I got to testing seriously 3/4 times a day and I found out that my sugar level were very high and made some drastic changes into my eating lifestyle. Brown diet bread has replaced white bread and I have completely taken out white rice out of my menu among other things
I also got a lot of support from the members of this forum which I joined on Dec 11.
