Don't know quite why it happened but needed some fibre in my diet, had a bit of double cream left in the fridge so put the two together. Yummy. It just turned into a sort of chewy consistancy. Unbelievable.
 
Eh? What did you mix with the double cream??? Fibresure, maybe? (Water soluable fibre powder). I found half a jar of that last night while I was cleaning out the cupboard. I was a bit shocked to see that it had turned into a solid lump that looked like hard set PVA glue!

A liitle worried about what it was doing to my insides after I saw that...
