I received a sample of Zuccarin Tablets which are for blood sugar levels. Not sure where they came from. Can you tell me anything about these.

There is a thread about this here :

Mulberry Zuccarin is a natural product, which helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels. It is based on the leaves of Japanese Mulberry trees, which have been used in Chinese and Japanese medicine for centuries. The Japanese have been drinking Mulberry Tea for its curative properties for over 700 years!
