I've just come across (via jdrf.org.uk - page 23 of their 'type 1 discovery' - issue 70) ) the Terumo Nanopass 32.5g (0,22mm x 4mm) = available on prescription - ref: TN*32504SE (You can call Terumo (ever so helpful) for a free sample = 01276 480466 ).
Terumo apparently also make a 34g - 4mm Nanopass needle - ref: TN*3404M - but it doesn't seem to be available in the UK
