For some diabetes patients, particularly those with bad backs or high blood pressure, yoga may have to be avoided. Yoga can be carried out from the comfort of the own homen, and has been proven by several studies to have a positive effect on blood sugar level functions when carried out correctly. Exercise of this type should be combined with a healthy diet.
