This promotion is run by Merisant UK Ltd. Aston Court, Kingsmead Business Park, Frederick Place, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP11 1LA (‘Promoter’).

Conditions of use

  1. Canderel Loyalty Card is open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland aged 16 or over, excluding employees of Merisant, the Coupon Providers and their immediate families, agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  1. Internet access is required to participate. By using and/or registering into the Canderel Loyalty Card programme, members agree that they have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
  1. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with all instructions and guidelines for registration into the Canderel Loyalty Card programme as set out at which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in Canderel Loyalty Card is provided at the sole discretion of Merisant.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or the operation of the Programme at any time. Any amendment shall be effective upon posting the modified Terms and Conditions and/or modified Programme on this Canderel website and notifying Members either on the Canderel website home page or via email. In the event of an amendment to these Terms and Conditions and/or the operation of the Programme, a Member's non-cancellation or continued use of the Programme after 30 days shall be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions and/or Programme.   The Promoter may cancel the programme at any time at its sole discretion and without notice.

How to participate in the programme

  1. How the programme works: Members of the Canderel Loyalty Card programme earn points every time they print, use, and validate a Canderel coupon sourced from the Canderel Loyalty Card website. Each time a member uses and validates a coupon, they will unlock another coupon for them to print, use and validate. When a member hits point milestones at 40, 80 and 110 points they will unlock a higher value coupon to use.    
  2. How to participate in the programme:
  1. Register as a member on the Canderel Loyalty Card website at and print off the available 25p off Canderel coupon.
  2. Use this coupon to receive 25p off Canderel products in a participating retailer and retain receipt in order to validate purchase within the programme.
  3. Return to the Loyalty Card programme website at within 4 weeks of printing and validate purchase by entering the product barcode and purchase receipt date.
  4. If purchase is validated then the member receives 10 points and the next coupon will be available for print.
  5. Use the next coupon to receive a discount on Canderel products in a participating retailers and retain receipt in order to validate purchase within the programme.
  6. Repeat instructions from point iii) to build points and unlock higher value coupons.
  7. A member can unlock their next Loyalty Card by simply validating the final coupon made available for printing following the same steps as above.
  8. Once you’ve used all of the coupons on your Canderel Loyalty card, you can access another card straight away.
  1. When redeeming coupons, a member must retain their purchase receipt. Without this, purchase cannot be validated and the next coupon in the Canderel Loyalty Card will not be unlocked.
  1. In order for a coupon to be validated, a member must enter a correct Canderel product barcode and valid purchase receipt date that corresponds with the validity period of the coupon. Failure to supply both of these will result in purchase not being validated and the next Loyalty Cards/coupons not being available.
  1. In the event that a coupon cannot be validated or is lost, members will have the opportunity to print another copy of their current coupon value 4 weeks after the print of their last coupon.
  1. Members will need access to a printer and permission to download printing software in order to access their coupon. In the event that a member does not have access to a printer, they must contact the Canderel careline.
  1. Coupons are supplied by Limited (“Coupon Provider”)
  1. Please note, that while we want to encourage you to collect points to enjoy the benefits of this service we actively discourage over-consumption. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use, just to access a coupon or reward. Suspected over-consumption will also trigger some of our security checks, requiring you to provide additional proof of purchase, such as the physical till receipts;  your participation may be terminated due to failure to provide such additional information or if such information does not comply with these terms and conditions.

Member accounts

  1. Members can only have one membership and one account in the Programme which is accessible only by their nominated username and password. Members with multiple accounts will be immediately removed from the Programme. For the avoidance of doubt, any individual using a correct username and password will have full access to that account and it is the Member's sole responsibility to protect this information from unauthorized individuals.
  1. Members shall at all times provide true and accurate information to the Promoter.
  1. In the event that a Member's account is dormant or inactive for a period of 12 months or more the Promoter reserves the right to remove the Member's account from the Programme. The Promoter shall endeavour to contact the Member through their nominated email address to notify them that their account is at risk of removal. Members who reply within 30 days requesting the account remain active will have their account maintained. In the absence of a satisfactory response, the accrued balances will be forfeited, and the Member's account may be removed.
  1. A Member is only entitled to earn points as set out under these Terms and Conditions and through authorised communications by the Promoter. The means of earning points and unlocking coupons are subject to change from time to time. A Member's account which does not correctly follow any required instruction or procedure may result in no points being earned and the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim and terminate the Member's membership to the Programme.
  1. All transactions are electronically monitored and reported to the Promoter by the network.
  1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a Member's claim and terminate the Member's membership to the Programme. This includes, but is not limited to:
    1. Attempting to gain points and unlock coupons in contravention with these Terms and Conditions;
    2. Attempting to have, or having, multiple accounts;
    3. Any fraudulent activity with respect to copying coupons
    4. Interfering with the Programme or the points website.
  2. The Promoter will closely monitor account activity. Please note that the buying and refunding of products and use of coupons in order to access obtain points and/or higher value coupons is strictly forbidden. Accounts suspected will be frozen immediately pending investigation.
  1. It is the responsibility of each account holder to update their details accordingly. No responsibility can be taken for emails that are not delivered for any reason, failures resulting from printer or software malfunctions or any other computer related problem.
  1. The Promoters decision is final in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.


  1. Terms of use;
  1. A coupon may be used in part payment towards your next purchase of Canderel.
  2. Only one coupon is to be used per purchase.
  3. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  4. Please do not attempt to redeem the coupon against the purchase of any other product, as refusal may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout.
  5. If reproduced, altered or expired the coupon will be void.
  6. Coupons cannot be sold, transferred or auctioned.
  7. The coupon will be valid until the date specified at the top of the coupon.
  9. Coupons tied to specific retailers may have additional T&C’s. Please see coupon or retailer website for further information.
  10. Coupon redemption is void where prohibited by law.
  11. Coupons can only be used in UK and Republic of Ireland.
  1. The 25p, 50p and 75p coupons can only be redeemed against the following Canderel products; Canderel Granules 75g & 40g jar, Canderel 100 & 300 tablets, Canderel 500 refill tablets, Canderel Yellow 125g box, Canderel Yellow 200 tablets, Canderel Green 75g jar, Canderel Green 100 tablets. The 'Free' coupon can only be redeemed against Canderel Original 40g granules and 100 tablets, Canderel Yellow 125g granules and 200 tablets or Canderel Green 100 tablets.
  1. All coupons supplied are provided solely by Limited and the Promoter makes no warranty in respect of such coupons. The Promoter disclaims any and all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. The Promoter is not responsible for those guarantees, warranties, and representations, if any, offered by No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a Member under the Programme shall create any warranty by the Promoter.
  1. The sale or barter of coupons is strictly prohibited. A Member's right to use points within the Programme is non-transferable. Membership will terminate immediately in the event of a Member's death. Programme accounts, point balances and/or coupons are not transferable upon death or otherwise by operation of law.

Termination of programme

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Programme at any time. Any notice of termination shall be posted on this Canderel website. In the event of termination, a Member will have such time as determined by the Promoter to redeem any coupons/rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Unless specified otherwise, no additional points will be able to be accrued during this termination period.
  1. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to provide Members notice of termination, however the Promoter will not be held responsible for failing to notify Members regardless of the reason.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, without notice, to:
    1. Withdraw, modify or limit coupons offered in the Programme and/or the number of points required to access coupons.
    2. Change coupons in the Programme.
    3. Change the frequency of coupon availability


  1. The Promoter, its affiliates, parent and its sub licensees shall assume no liability for:
  1. incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate entry information whether caused by an entrant, by any equipment or programming associated or utilised in this promotion, or by any human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries;
  2. any technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, networks, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, incomplete or garbled transmissions, or failure of email or media for any reason; or
  3. any injury or damage to any computer, computer accessory, software, or any other technology used by the entrant to enter the promotion.
  4. Any rejection of coupons by retailers or conditions applied to coupons by retailers or other parties.
  1. To the fullest extent allowed by law Merisant accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury suffered by a participant as a result of participation in this promotion.

Data protection and publicity

  1. A Member agrees to allow the Promoter to communicate with him/her via email with suitable offers, which may contain opportunities to earn points and redeem coupons/ rewards. The Promoter will always use this communication method responsibly under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and other self-regulatory restrictions. Members preferring not to receive such offers can opt-out of receiving such offers during the registration process or visit their account information change their communication preferences to opt out. In all instances a Member has the full right to opt out of any third party communication at any time after joining or after receiving initial information or communication in full accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  1. A Member agrees to allow the Promoter to pass on relevant details to Coupon/ Reward Providers only for the fulfilment of Coupons/ Rewards under the Programme.
  1. When a Member requests to leave the Programme there will be no further communication between the Promoter and the Member. The Member's account will be closed within 30 days and any unused coupons will be forfeited.
  1. A member expressly agrees their participation in the programme is at the member's sole risk. The promoter makes no warranty with regard to any coupons acquired by members from the programme or through reward providers; that the programme will meet members' requirements; or that the programme will be uninterrupted, timely, error free; nor does the promoter make any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information acquired from the programme.
  1. The Promoter may from time to time adjust Members' accounts upwards or downwards in respect to accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, Rewards returned or suspected fraud, for which the Promoter has full authority.
  1. A Member agrees to indemnify and hold the Promoter, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, (including reasonable legal fees) relating to a Member's breach of these Terms and Conditions including the posting of any material on any of the Canderel websites.
  1. Any dispute under the Programme will be resolved by the Promoter at its sole discretion;  Promoter’s decisions shall be final. In the event of error or omission on the part of the Promoter, the Promoter's liability to the Consumer is limited to crediting disputed points or account balances to Members' account.
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of England, Wales and ROI. The Promoter's failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of the Promoter's right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision under these Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
