Shipping & returns

Here at Diabetes Shop, we deliver to the UK. As we only show items that are in stock, you are guaranteed a quick and speedy delivery service.

Free delivery is available on orders in the UK when the total is above £30 ExVAT or £36 IncVAT.

UK delivery

On average, UK deliveries take 3 days from date of dispatch to reach their destination. You can log in to your account to see the status of your order.

UK delivery is £2.95.  Free delivery is available on orders in the UK when the total is above £30 ExVAT or £36 IncVAT.

Please note that you will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of any item.

EU Delivery

We deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyrpus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Fineland, France, Germany, , Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweeden. At a cost of £12.50 delivery time is 5-7 working days.

Returns Policy

We endeavour to provide a spotless service. However, we understand sometimes you may wish to return an item.

For hygiene reasons, it may not be possible to return some products unless the product is faulty or broken.

It is your responsibility to notify us of your return within 7 days of item receipt. After 7 days, it is at the discretion of the item's supplier as to whether a return or exchange will be accepted. Once notified, all items should be received within 28 days from date of delivery.

Contacting item supplier

If you have any issues with your order, you can contact the supplier of your item. You can view supplier details in your Order History.

How to make a return

In order to make a return for a faulty or unwanted item, sign into Your Account and click to view your Order History. In your Order History, you will see the supplier of the items of your order.

Download the Returns Form

Hover over the item you wish to return and choose Download Returns Form. As items in an order may be dispatched from various suppliers, it is key that you use the correct Returns Form.

Complete Returns Form and pack the item

Complete the Returns Form and carefully pack the item in its original packaging or similarly suitable packaging with the Returns Form. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging as items damaged in transit may incur a refund deduction from the item's supplier.

Post the item to the supplier as detailed on the suppliers’ Returns Form.

We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as suppliers will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Postage charges will be refunded to you. Please retain proof of postage.

Consumers in the UK have 14 days from the date of receiving their goods to cancel their order for unwanted goods in return for a full refund.

Consumers in the UK have 30 days to return faulty/damaged goods without the need to justify and at no cost (except supplementary costs).

I haven't received my item?

You will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of any item.

If 21 days have elapsed

In order to report an item in your order as not received, sign into Your Account and click to view your Order History.

Hover over the item you are reporting as not received and choose 'I haven't received my item'. This will notify the supplier that the item hasn't been received and they will contact you in order to resolve the issue.

Do Diabetes Shop dispatch my order?

Diabetes Shop do not dispatch any items. Items in your order will come straight from the supplier. This allows us to bring you the best possible price.
