I love the 21 Century but am very glad of my memories and experiences which now seem Edwardian if not Victorian. I have many of the old skills and now can appreciate air-conditioning , microwave ovens and telecommunication. how lucky is that !
I have spent many growing up years in London, many other years in very rural settings.I prefer country to town, but do like both !
