Tried this today from Morrison's tasted fair definitely a soya taste but fresh worked well with berries it's a semi set consistency seems ok for a dessert or breakfast not sure about cooking though
Like many of you i have a many and varied diet/lifestyle. What if anything would you give up for lent food wise. As fun or serious as you like [emoji4] I am looking at dark choc or nuts but it's a hard one but maybe cheese [emoji24]
At a place I visit in Sheffield they do a naked burger all the bits no bread I just add sweet potato fries 2 share add a couple of Pepsi max and It does not seem to push my bg up more than my normal meals and I get to enjoy time with my friends
They are the ones in a blue trimmed box the brown trimmed ones are peanut butter and a little more carb and sugars they taste great and don't push up my bg readings [emoji4]
I did a test with 3 meters all from same blood sample no machine is accurate. No blood sample will be the same as the next it's all about finding an average and working with it.
