Type 2 Diabetes in remission now for 18 months and off all medication for over 18 months. Latest Hb1Ac was normal for blood sugar. Never felt fitter having lost 20Kg in weight to now under 100Kg. Regularly cycling and doing sportives.

Was on 500mg metformin until Jan 2016 after which taken off by GP and put on LCHF diet lifestyle change.
HbA1c was 60 mmol/l now after 18 months on LCHF 40 mmol/l
