Thank you. No, I haven't yet started on steroids and that's why I need to get my blood glucose under control now. I am trying hard to stay positive and your reply really helps with that!

Hi I'm newly-diagnosed Type 2 diabetic, or at least I think so. I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with breast cancer and in the blood tests they do to make sure you can have chemo, they discovered my blood glucose was 24.5. Never had a problem before. Alarm bells ringing, instructed by my oncologist...
