Having been diagnosed in May 1992 I have seen many changes in my diabetes Care through the years. I am not always adequately controlled at the moment but I am trying. Working shifts is a killer with Diabetes Control and I am also keen on the odd cream cake and sweets. I know I shouldn't but sometimes you can't resist.
