Master Po.
So who am I?

I am male, married,
5ft 8in 10st 4lb
Perfect BMI!

I am known by my friends and followers by my pen name ‘Po’ an abbreviation of Poemagraphic.

I live in the UK in North Norfolk. I have been writing poetry since the early eighties.

I have made a life study and practice of meditation, which I began after becoming only the fourth person in the UK to attain a black belt in the Korean martial art of Hap-Ki-Do. I am also a Forth Degree Reiki Master Practitioner.

I have studied parapsychology for over forty years, going on to appear on BBC ‘Look East Live’ and having in the past my own weekly radio phone in and talk show on ‘Future FM’.
I was also a regularly contributor to the ‘Paranormal Norfolk’ magazine.

I am both psychic and mediumistic. I have in the past conducted literally hundreds of private consultations and undertaken ‘serious’ paranormal investigations throughout East Anglia over the last few decades.

My experiences have been a great source of inspiration for much of my poetry, which I enjoy with a passion

I am currently working in Forensics.

The three words that best describe my personality are
1 Outgoing
2 Easy going
3 Friendly

My tastes in music are quite eclectic

I love ‘Passenger’ The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Simon and Garfunkel, Elvis, Brad Paisley to name a few... There are too many to name!

April 2019: Started Insulin injections of 100 units/ml and taking 2 80mg Glicaside tablets a day.

I began by Dropping ‘Lantus’ from 100 units/ml to 90 units/ml then to 80 units/ml (several readings below 4 over the first couple of weeks) I had by (week 5) dropped the Lantus dial to 7 units/ml ... 30% drop in 5 weeks.
By Week 6: I had decided to stop my morning Glicaside. So from 160mg a day to 80mg... a 50% reduction.

'Week 7... MAJOR CHANGE!
Told today (20/05/19) by my consultant to STOP Insulin with immediate effect! Plus a recommendation to further drop my Glicaside to 40mg a day.

Week 9 Stopped taking Glicaside on the 1st June. I am paying very close attention, to how my levels respond.
Start of Week 3 (Without Insulin).

Week 4 (Without Insulin or Glicaside). My daily average BG readings have still remained constant at 6 mmol.

I slowly began dropping my Carb count from 100g a day over the first six week period to 50g a day
It has, I am certain, contributed immensely to my overall health, sense of well being and those all important BG levels.

I am currently eating between 25g and 35g of carbs a day. This is currently working really well for me.
