I have told you a million times!
Don't exaggerate.
Diagnosed October 18, First HbA1c, 47 at 97kg asthmatic, lower left leg swelling, tired, pee machine.
Jan 19
Hba1c. 31 at 78kg, no asthma, no swelling, not tired and normal bathroom routine.
One thing I have learned is carbs negatively affect my day, every part. Sadly I think they have for YEARS, I believe decades would be more like it.
My sleep is disturbed, I feel slow witted and lethargic if I have them in any real quantity. As a result I am fully into the keto way and have no desire to change.
