Thank you everyone, I'm still managing to stick to around 50g of carbs per day and have ordered some LCHF cook books and some ingredients from Amazon :) Already after a few days I feel better and I am determined to sort myself out! I'm testing more regular now and I'm pleased to have results...

Is it ok to skip meals if I'm not hungry when doing LCHF?

It's difficult. I enjoy soda water with a dash of lime juice too. I hate water!! :(
