Luckily I don't like high carb foods and never have. Don't do crisps,cakes,biscuits,bread,potatoes...pastry.love veg and liver and pork and a nice juicy steak.
Like alcohol a bit too much. Gave up smoking in Jan 2011 after a diagnosis of Emphasyma. Feel a bit worn out to be honest. Lost my partner in 2003 and miss him dreadfully....

Whelks,winkles... All crustaceous seafood except prawns. Can't do crab.lobster or scallops.
Don't like the way they are killed and cooked. Save our Scallops. SOS !!!

Test in 2015. Bloods up to 64
Test in 2016. Bloods down to 40 !!
Low Carb.High Fat.Lost 2 stone and going down week by week. 2lbs a week.
Nice slow weight loss. Hoping I won't end up too saggy....
