Hello everyone I have just bought a diabetes magazine which says my fasting or before meals should be between 70-130mg/dl and 1-2 hours after eating or postprandial glucose goal >180 mg/dl. But the chart on my accu check says I should be fasting/before meal goal should be 81-110 dl and my after meal goal should be 111-140mg/dl even more confused than before .
My numbers for the las two days have been day one before breakfast 133. 2 hr after breakfast 173 before lunch 88. Two hr after lunch 101. Before dinner 138. 2hr after dinner117. Before bed 105.
Day two bb 132. 2hr after 145. BL 88. 2hr after L 114. Bd 104. 2hr after d 132. Before bed 80.
Are my numbers good bad or plain terrible finding it hard to cope at the moment everything seems so final and I have lost about 6lbs in under a week which is needed.

Had some more blood tests done today so should know my other number soon. I am living in America at the moment so wish I was at home.
