It is the beginning, but could be the beginning of getting those levels down, and getting your toes warm again! Glad you have found the forum so quickly. Have a good browse round and see what tips you can pick up. There are so many wonderful supportive people on here always ready to help, so jump in and ask any questions you like. Controlling those levels is down to diet and finding out what you can and can't cope with. The best way to do this is to get hold of a home testing meter and ask questions. Good luck.
