So far this is what I have on it:
MONDAY:
Breakfast: A few peices of fried lean meat in spices and onions
Lunch: Half a cucumber
Dinner: Fried cucumber+spices+onion
TUESDAY:
Breakfast: nothing yet
Lunch: Half a cup Brussel Sprouts
Dinner: Half a cup Cauliflower+Curry powder+Onions fried.
Wednesday:
I wish I could add Yogurt for breakfast but whenever I get half way through 500g karton I start to get dizzy. I think the carbs for the yogurt are 4.3g per 100g.
I guess if I stick to just eating a few spoonfuls it would be ok, But I am concerned about the saturated fats in yogurt as well as the sodium amount.
