Been on my low carb diet and my readings have so much improved over last couple of days..
EG. .... this mornings readings ..
Fasting reading at 8am was 4.8, post breakfast x 2hrs reading was 5.2
Dont test at lunch time .
Pre Dinner reading tonight at 6pm was 5.1 ... post dinner reading x 2hrs was 5.3
Hope i am on the right road ....
