I myself would love some tasty and safer alternatives to use .

I make 'seafood sauce' ( used for prawn cocktail, on a bed of Iceburg lettuce, yummy or any salad of your choice ) with lemon or lime juice, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and GF Worcester sauce, delicious I like mine slightly tart , so I always add a good amount of lemon or lime juice lastly and taste.
