Been to see my Cardiac Dietician today. She is very happy with my B S results and health in general. Below are the Tips for Healthy Eating sheets I was given

My cardiologist told me to lose weight and that the only way to do it was to use one of those 'fat-blocking' diet pills. I looked surprised (!!) and he said 'Well people like their pizza and chips, this way it won't harm them'

Thankfully I don't have to see that man anymore. He did agree to the treatment I wanted in the end, after a bit of pushing from me, so all is well.

Not only that but on the same web site apparently I'm not going to be diabetic for another 1-10 years
I filled in the form and clicked for the results..........................

So basically if I can reduce my BMI (weight) by about 1 stone, I lower my risk of getting type 2 Diabetes.
