Can I ask a (probably) stupid question?
Sleeping patterns?
I go to sleep late (around 12mn) and wake about 6.30 am (Piccaninny Dawn) and I've noticed my BG creeps up slowly after I get up. My average is mid-5s.
My friend (a careful T2) wakes at 8am and averages sub7s.
We all have different sleep patterns so I'm wondering If the Liver Dump (I'm starting to think Liver Ooze might be a better term) is natures alarm clock, do we all have a different but natural "pre-set" BG levels in the morning.
I've asked Dr Google but couldn't find anything.
Does anybody know if there's been any information on sleep patterns and their effect on morning Blood Glucose levels around?
