I found on another thread a link to something called fat head pizza and wondered if anyone else had tried it. I tried it yesterday, it`s basically a low carb pizza base made using almond flour. I found the texture a little grainy but maybe the almonds weren`t ground finely enough so it was very slightly cakey, but a perfectly good alternative for when you crave pizza. Will definitely make this again.
