Highs

Hello, I am the parent of a 12 year old who has had diabetes for six years now. At the minute we are having a lot of trouble trying to control her blood sugars when she is at school( she is in her first year at grammar school) Her bloods will be ok at the morning reading but then they will shoot up by 10am. I make the changes that are needed and I do basal testing. The changes work well for a day or two and then we are straight back to highs. I am struggling to understand why this is happening and I was just wondering if anyone has this problem or any advice on how to combat the highs. I think myself that our lack of control is being affected by her hormones and puberty but I know little about they can affect the readings. Any advice would be much appreciated. Martina x
