How do you handle this heat? 16-18

This summer is literally killing me and dehyrdating me i can't even go outside and need a fan constantly whilst i sleep. Also cause of the severe heat i failed my driving test twice and it just made me lose concentration. Any advice or tips? I drink plenty of water too.

I feel the exact same I was in Paris a couple of weeks ago and couldn't deal with the heat I was red as a tomato drinking coke and that don't help I am normally drinking fizzy juice but lately I've been drinking water and it's been helpin me in the heat xxx
