This is my first summer on insulin, and while I know I need to keep unopened vials in the fridge, what do I do about opened ones e.g. the one in my pen!
I'm nervous about keeping my pen in the fridge due to ensuring it is properly mixed and also that the instructions say that once at room temp it should not be cooled to 4 degrees C again.
At the moment my pen is in our pantry which is the coolest place that isn't refrigerated in the house, but today it might have got over 25 degrees in there.
Any tips?
TIA
