I was recently away at a retreat centre for 15 days and was getting a lot of hypos because of low carbs. Now home, my usual fairly balanced menu I am getting high results. I am beginning to think I have a bad batch of Humulin or is it just the hot weather? I would appreciate your replies.

Hi, I have been on Insulin now for just over 14 months. In that time I have been struggling to get the insulin : glucose balance right. My dosage is increasing and I am eating less but putting on fat around my abdomen seems wrong. Any advice?
