    New T2 Diagnoses.

    Hello i am Jayne 40 years of age and have just been diagnosed as T2 Diabetes . I am on Metformin and Simvastatin.Has anyone got any ideas of dealing with this situation. I have a young family and now feel as though i can't have what they have as meals. Please could anyone advise me on this. :?
