    Totally back on the wagon today. The cravings are gone and I’ve reduced my sugars over the day back to normal levels. Ate nothing until dinner but drank a lot of water. D-steak, garlic mushrooms and salad.

    5 days of intense cravings and I finally caved in. I own it and take full responsibility for the big mac and fries. I learn two things; 1. It didn’t taste as good as I remembered. 2. Self loathing hurts more than the cravings.

    I did! In fact the 85% is from there and I have a 90% in the fridge. 100% still tastes and feels like charcoal to me but I’m hoping I’ll be able to stomach it at some point. Im trying to replace chocolate with SF jelly and cream but didn’t have any ready.

    Weekly weigh in - Fridays

    Joining in here as I feel like having people to be accountable to is helping me stay on track. Weight today 13 stone 13lb. So nice to see the number drop down into the lower weight. That’s a loss of 3 stone in a year that includes a good 6 months off the wagon. Another 4 at least to go.

    I’m good with 90% but thought I’d treat myself to chocolate orange as it’s my favourite and I found it at 70%, which was better than Lindt which was much lower. Sadly it triggered my sweet tooth so shall be sticking to 85% and up!
