I have been looking at multivitamin tablets. I was diagnosed 18 months ago and am type two and diet controlled. Do other members recommend taking multivitamins.

On Wednesday last week I had an angiogram. BG 8.6.@ 5.45. Breakfast @ 5.50 only water to drink after that. At hospital at 9.00 it was 5.2. seems a big drop in that time. What do others think.

Hi thanks for your replies on type 2 fasting. Been out for a short walk this morning and my bg has gone down to 4.7. just taken next antibiotic so will probably go up again. Is there anything I can do to help this.

Hi all. Have been trying to post for a long time. Hope it works this time. Had my first review today. In may my hb1ac was 58. In September I went on an expert course and it was 42. Today was 43. A bit disappointed. All other tests were fine although cholesterol levels had gone up to 5.9.
