    Metformin does this to me as well but it does seem to be easing a bit now. I find a warm bath before bed helps.

    Just wanted to share this...

    well done Gally. I find a bit of exercise really does help me. 6 months on from this post and I am regularly doing 5s and 6s and my cholesterol has fallen nicely. My GP is happy with all my levels now 8)

    The most important thing you can do Bran is to get yourself a meter so you can see how various foods affect your levels. Don't expect the Metformin to do all the work, because it simply doesn't work like that. What works for you is very much a personal journey, but try not to get too hung up on...
