    Dealing with cracks/splits/fissures on feet

    Hi all, I’m T1 and have some deep cracks/splits in the skin on the ball of my right foot (around 2mm deep). They are now very painful, red and it’s become uncomfortable to walk on my foot. Does any have experience in dealing with these as a T1 diabetic? Is it something I should see a GP about...

    Type 2 I have a white spot on my toe.

    Can this be the beginning of skin breakdown. Please nobody scare me to death, but what should I do about it? It's sore if I rub it. I saw and I panicked.
