780g Insulin pump

Recently had my 780g insulin pump replaced. The old pump worked on iOS 17.3. On iPhone 11. The replacement pump does not connect to 17.3.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Sorry, I just got started on my 780g. I haven’t connected to my phone. I have iPhone 12. Hope it works when I do. Hope someone else might know.

Have you tried reinstalling the App? I doubt if there will be any difference between your 2 pumps.
