Can I ask if Artificial sweeteners are ok, although I don't have sugar sometimes I need to use sweetener in a recipe

People that can't say sorry.
Most people can cope with artificial sweeteners. Just try to avoid ones that contain aspartame.

Not normally.. But if say using in a cake or pud you would inevitably have carbs from the other ingredients....

Erythritol or Xylitol are good for substituting in baking, you can use it cup for cup. Xylitol is toxic to dogs though.
