Won't do that again. </p><p></p><p>I always eat when I come home from a workout (bench pressing, walking, or one of my H.I.T. 'sprints'). (I put 'sprint' in inverted commas cos it ain't very fast!) I eat LCHF, with a tendency to higher protein than classic LCHFing. Again, to be active, I think I need it. I would HATE to deliberately eat smaller portions.</p></blockquote><p></p>
