Love 100% peanut butter! :) Yes, good workout, very sweaty by the end of it all. Resting heart rate down to 53. I'll do a nice easy bodyweight only routine tonight and some stretching. Those stains were definitely not a good drug for me. Reducing the amount of animal fats in my diet is keeping my LDL lower, my HDL is high like yours due to all the exercise. Trigs are low, total cholesterol slightly high but I'll live with that, can't be doing with hobbling about in pain at an earlier age than I have to. Good night last night with the kid, watching lupin in French together, good for practising the lingo. She's looking forward to a lazy weekend being fed by dad, penne giardenera today, were making a pavlova together tonight, all stuff I can't eat, but I still love to cook for her and the mumski. I hope you're having a good weekend. Those BG alarms must get so frustrating, religiously when you're not sure if it's a dodgy monitor. Laters
